Hello and Welcome!

My name is Eva and I am an international student from the MSc. In Hospitality Management Program or IMHI at ESSEC Business School.

Would like to start by introducing myself. After high school, I studied Hotel Management at IHM Mumbai. I went through a 3-year course where I was exposed to all the core operational departments of a hotel. During the course, I also was exposed to the industry during my second year through an internship with JW Marriott in Mumbai where I got a brief idea of how the operations at a hotel function. Realizing my passion for Food and Beverage Service, I opted for a Management Training Program with Indian Hotels Company Limited specializing in the same.

Before joining IMHI, I worked as a Restaurant Manager at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. As I had been exposed to the operations of the hotel for a few years now, I wanted to look for a different path and explore the various sectors of the industry. I then came across IMHI, who offer one of the best Hospitality programs in the world.
