My name is Emilie Henon and I'm currently studying in the Master in Strategy & Management of International Business (SMIB) program at ESSEC Asia Pacific.

I am passionate about consulting and is driven to create value for businesses by providing strategic insights and recommendations. I am experienced in fast-moving consumer goods and banking and I want to improve the finance and operational processes of my clients’ firms in areas such as Finance Vision & Strategy, Business Restructuring, and Enterprise Performance Management.

As my mind is geared towards efficiency, I love finding inefficiencies and building out solutions for them and I knew I truly fit in in this program made for creative problem-solvers with analytical capabilities and international aspirations.

After my background in business with a major in Finance, this graduate program has allowed me to develop a hypothesis-driven mindset through its project-based curriculum and strongly prepared me for consulting recruiting interviews.
