Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, American University of Beirut (Lebanon)
English, French, Arabic
Hello, Salut, Marhaba!
My name is Maria. I was born in one of the most beautiful but tiniest countries in the world, Lebanon!
After graduating from the American University of Beirut with a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, I came to ESSEC Business School to pursue my Master's studies in management. You may wonder what brought me here.
Well, they say "live every day as if it were your last”, yet I live every day as if my life had just begun. I always look for new challenges, meet new people and places, and seek new routes to explore myself and my surroundings. I am not the routine kind of person who would wake up every day to do the same exact thing. At ESSEC, there is always something going on, whether it is an educational or social event. While enjoying my academic experience to the fullest, I am constantly surrounded by top lecturers and professors, hard-working and international students, and the most up-to-date tools and technologies.
What is even more exciting about ESSEC is that not only am I benefiting from a vibrant and active educational environment, but also from a plethora of wonderful experiences at a unique campus known for its lively, dynamic, and enjoyable energy. Here, the study-life balance is extremely cherished!
In fact, during my time at the American University of Beirut, I was fortunate enough to find the perfect balance between my studies and extracurricular involvements as I assumed leadership positions in several club cabinets on campus. After experiencing these enlightening and delightful opportunities, I found the perfect institution for me that fosters such non-scholastic activities while providing world-class education. These aforementioned reasons are just a few of the many reasons why ESSEC was the best fit for me. Now that you know why I am here, what about you? Are you even more excited to join ESSEC?
Feel free to message me! I would love to answer your questions and share my experiences with you.
