I am Anindya Shrivastava, a Master in Finance student at ESSEC Business School 1-year track.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specializing in IT from Manipal Institute ofTechnology, India. Post my Bachelor’s, I worked as a software engineer, developing mobile financial solutions for Indian and Middle Eastern Banks. My first job in the financial domain was as credit ratings analyst, wherein I assessed the credit worthiness of companies and issued credit ratings. Post this, I worked as an account manager at a prestigious wealth management firm. While working, I completed the three levels of the CFA program. I decided to pursue the Master in Finance at ESSEC Business School to get valuable theoretical and practical knowledge in the finance domain which I would be able to leverage in Banking. The Master in Finance program at ESSEC is one of the most prestigious programs in the world, boasting a great ranking in FT and QS. The intensive 15-month program hosts students from a variety of educational backgrounds, making the student experience truly International.

The dilemma of picking the right school is a real one, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
Feel free to contact me if you have any queries regarding life at ESSEC and the Master in Finance program.

Cheers !
