Bachelor of Business Administration, ESSEC Business School
Indonesian, English, French (Intermediate)
You have come to this page, exposed to my professional photo and my all-time favourite quote by Albert Einstein. As I have been in your position before, I assume you landed here either because you’d like to satisfy your curiosity by reading a short profile of mine, or perhaps you have questions about anything related to my experience with ESSEC. If the former is the case, allow me to introduce myself.
I was born and raised in Indonesia, and then decided to move to Singapore in 2011 with a mindset to live independently and improve my proficiency in English. Inspired by my father, I knew that I would want a career in business, however I was confused which sector. I took my time discovering my passion along the way as I did my undergraduate and couple of internships in varying companies; from one of the biggest banks in Indonesia, to start-ups in Singapore. I realised that Marketing is the sector where my passion lies, hence I decided to further pursue my Master in Marketing Management and Digital.
Now, allow me to share my ‘customer journey’ thus far with ESSEC. When I had my dilemma in choosing a Master program that could fit my passion, The word ‘digital’ in the course title did caught my attention to learn more about what the course offers. I eventually selected this program as I believe that ESSEC understood how much potential Marketing and Digital are for tomorrow’s ever-connected world, and I am glad that what I believe turns out to be the case.
I have to admit, ESSEC has been impressive in preparing myself to the professional world. Courses from marketing analytics to luxury brand management are not only designed for students to solely pass or fail, but it also simulate what it really feels like to present ourselves out there. Furthermore, career services have been really helpful for my Resume, cover letter and interview needs. Also, despite the size of the campus, the campus community ensures that students have plenty of activities for students to do; from Badminton, wine-tasting, photography, and a lot more.
Now that I have shared my experience, feel free to ask me anything that you’d like to know, either about the program, campus life, or my experience as a student. I’d be more than happy to help you shape your understanding, and hopefully assist you in making your next move. You have come far to this page, why not make the best use out of it?
Looking forward to getting to know you!
