I am Xiao, a year-two student from ESSEC's Global BBA program at the Asia-Pacific campus. I am enrolled in the International Business Education Alliance (IBEA) track. I will be doing exchange programs in Germany, America, and Brazil to explore my potential for the next two years.
My dream has been to pursue my undergraduate studies at ESSEC Business School. My high school senior introduced me to the program and the specialized track. Through her personal experiences, I was able to catch a glimpse of ESSEC's extensive and enriching curriculum, which eventually landed her an exciting working opportunity in London.
Inspired by her real-life journey, joining the Global BBA program will offer me an incredible international experience that widens my horizons. Most importantly, living and studying abroad will also improve my cultural understanding and adaptability in whatever environment I am situated in.
Beyond just the IBEA track, ESSEC Business School also offers a myriad of other opportunities, such as inter-campus mobility and exchange programs with top partner universities from across the world. I believe such experiences are critical for us to step outside our comfort zones.
I remember how a cohort mate under the IBEA track once told me that it is a blessing to accumulate multiple life experiences. Indeed, how rare is it to be able to travel so extensively in a four-year undergraduate program? Leaving your comfort zone away from home is crucial for our future professional and personal development.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding the admissions process, the IBEA track or my experience studying at the Asia-Pacific campus.
I hope to connect with you and share more about my experiences!
