Salut Salut!
My name is Vivien, and I am a year 2 student in the Global BBA program at the ESSEC Singapore Campus. I speak French, English and “un poco español”. You can talk to me in the language you feel more comfortable with!
What is my background?
I come from a French high school in the Rhône-Alpes Region and had the specialties Physics (in Première), Mathematics and Humanities, Literature and Philosophy. Choosing these specialties helped me greatly in my study choice and the competencies that they provided to me are very useful at ESSEC today. Every knowledge you might collect from any of your specialties, whatever they are, will be useful at ESSEC!
How was my first year in Singapore and what did I like?
In my first year, I had the chance to very actively participate in the student life at ESSEC; Firstly being a Student Ambassador allowed me to expand my network and help prospective students with their queries, which most of them are first years here today! Also, being a student representative and getting some responsibilities to enhance my leadership skills. I also had the chance to be the president of The Sound of ESSEC - ESSEC's Band.
For my 3-month operational internship, I worked as a Project Management Intern in the pharmaceutical company, Sanofi. I could easily use skills I learned during my first year and it was a very enriching corporate experience.
Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any question about my experience, high school background, first year at ESSEC APAC, campus life, or anything else!
