Hello / Bonjour,

My name is Anita Ehui, and I am an African-Canadian, currently in the Global MBA luxury track.

Before my time at ESSEC I was working in beauty buying in Canada for a large retail chain. Upon reflecting on where I wanted to be in the next five years, I knew I had to take a risk and invest in advancing my career. I decided to pursue a Global MBA at ESSEC and move closer to the headquarters of luxury’s most prominent brands. By doing this I not only opened myself up to endless opportunities in my desired field but also had access to travel destinations I’ve always wanted to visit.

When I was deciding which business school to attend, I looked at all the extracurriculars ESSEC had to offer compared to other schools (multiple business trips, career counseling, exclusive networking events, French lessons, soft skills workshops). This one-of-a-kind experience really highlighted the immense value ESSEC provides in its Global MBA program. The unique benefit of being in a cohort of only 50 has allowed endless resources, support for my individual needs, and quality network building.

I am happy that you are taking a bold step towards your future as I did! I welcome all your questions about what the real journey is like and hope to help make the process of applying as easy as possible.
