Hi! नमस्ते! Salut!
The importance that ESSEC places on humanistic leadership and building a culture where students drive their own learning environment through collaboration is why I chose the Global MBA Program.
Having lived in different countries (India, U.S.A, Israel, Italy, France and now Singapore!) my experience has been that transcending differences is the most important skill to navigate the highly globalized world that exists today.
Although I have worked in the technology sector for seven years, the most valuable lessons that I had to learn were related to managing change, working with others to grow as a team, and creating new processes to do the same things differently. The Strategy & Management concentration at ESSEC is enabling me to do just that. Working with the members of my cohort has helped me gain exposure to the way that people from different backgrounds solve problems. Our learning isn’t just limited to the classroom. It is complemented by a plethora of networking, social and campus events, guest lecturers and of course, the time we spend together on assignments!
If you are considering a career change, or just want to immerse yourself in an international learning experience, and travel to three (or four) different countries in the span of a year, the GMBA program is likely a great fit for you!
I’d be happy to answer any questions that you may have about the application process, life in Singapore, or have a chat about what you value when considering a program like the GMBA. I look forward to hearing from you!
