Hello! Salut! Namaste! My name is Tanisha and I am from India. I am currently pursuing the Global MBA in Strategy and Digital Leadership. My fascination with business, direct interaction with stakeholders, strategic overview, and the view of a company as a designer of products that meet customer requirements has inspired me to shift from technical roles to business positions.
In my previous roles, I have acquired extensive experience in execution of high-level applications to more complex problems to improve cost, quality, and performance. Working in an innovative firm such as John Deere on the ground-breaking projects has fuelled my infatuation with machine learning and artificial intelligence. I want to explore the area of these cutting-edge technologies more. I want to know how the big data and digitalization affect the decision-making process. The emphasis of ESSEC Business School in Digital Innovation, IoT, AI and Big Data Analyses is a clear differentiator for me as recent Pandemic has changed the dynamics of businesses and revolutionize the era of digitalization.
There are several other reasons of choosing ESSEC as my preferred school such as the close community, the geographical location, and the strong emphasis the MBA program has on team players, leadership, digital transformation, strategic development, data analysis, teamwork, and a rigorous program that pushes to challenge one’s limits and surpass them.
My Global MBA journey so far has been very enriching as I am enhancing my skills by learning formal methodologies and profiting from personal experiences of diverse cohorts and experienced faculty. I am constantly evolving, growing, learning, marketing, and investing in myself through various class, group and individual activities. I strongly feel that such knowledge will assist me do my job efficiently and attain my long-term objectives. I am glad that this program caught your attention.
