Hola! Como estas?, Hi! How are you?
While I was working at Norson Foods in Mexico, I saw how the company was growing and gained presence in new markets every year. Big decisions were being made.
My Bachelor in Industrial Engineering gave me the technical skills to understand many of the operations that were necessary to run the company, but I lacked the business background.
It was clear to me that if one day I wanted to take bigger decisions and fulfill my long-term ambition of directing an international organization, I would need to acquire new skills and surround myself with people who have different perspectives.
Then, after working in the export, production and engineering department, I decided to leave Mexico to pursue my Global MBA in France. In my search for the best option to boost my career, I visualized ESSEC not only as a top-ranked business school but also as one that could align with my goals and values.
Being surrounded by brilliant people from different backgrounds with whom I can exchange perspectives on a daily basis is becoming one of the most enriching experiences of my life.
When I saw the passion that ESSEC had for their participants’ development and growth, I could not avoid identifying with the same feeling I had back when I led a team of 90 people in my previous job.
Through the Strategy and Management major, I am developing a series of hard and soft skills. Thanks to the prestigious faculty, the career services department, personal branding, and development workshops, I am walking towards the direction I expected when I applied to the program.
When applying to a program, it is very important to have as much information as possible to have a smooth process. I would be more than happy to answer any questions related to your research and your program.
