A little bit about me – after spending eight years working in the luxury fashion and jewelry industry in New York, I felt like I was stuck and my professional goals were still out of reach. I decided the best way to differentiate myself as a candidate was to earn my MBA, but I wanted to ensure that I chose a program that would allow me to study business beyond the world of fashion—keeping my ideas fresh and untainted by industry standards was important to me.
A friend and fellow alum suggested I look into ESSEC because of its unique curriculum. Since luxury operates in a distinctive way, ESSEC’s courses would teach me the theories needed to operate at a higher level in this niche sector while broadening my horizons to other industries. After taking the Master Class with Professor Denis Morisset and having the privilege of meeting the Career Development team, I was convinced ESSEC was the right choice for me. ESSEC offered the opportunity to combine my passion for luxury with my need to find deeper fulfillment in my work.
If you’re asking yourself if ESSEC is right for you, shoot me a message. I was lucky enough to have an alum to answer my questions, so now I’m here to answer yours!
