Hi!

I am Sidharth and I go by Sid. I am currently a Global MBA candidate in the Strategy & Digital Leadership track. I read law at Symbiosis Law School in Pune, India and then for my master's degree at the University of Birmingham in the UK.

After law school, I worked in a market leading law firm and Ernst & Young as an international trade policy consultant and lawyer which means I helped my clients get better at their trade routes and helped them connect with the many different governments involved in international trade. During work, I was limited to the scope and practice of Indian trade law and policy. I intend to leverage my understanding of international trade with the skills I learn during the GMBA to strategize international business and trade for international conglomerates to work more efficiently, economically and sustainably across borders.

The primary goal of an GMBA for me is to widen my horizons, grow beyond the limitations of legal systems and truly work internationally. ESSEC has been amazing in this aspect, as the wide reaching curriculum helps you really broaden your scope and lets you explore new avenues that might never have occurred to you before.

ESSEC does this flawlessly by combining business, technical and economic skills with human elements of empathy, leadership and teamwork.
