Hi ! Salut ! Grüß Gott !
I am Melchior, a Franco-Belgian student at ESSEC, currently in the second year of the Master in Management.
Before joining ESSEC, I grew up in Brussels and did my Bachelor at the University of Bath (UK), in International Management and German.
I then did a gap year in Austria and Germany where I did two internships, a first one as a Sales & Marketing intern at Dynafit - a mountain sports brand (I love mountaineering!) - and a second one as a Brand Management intern at Danone.
Since my arrival at ESSEC in 2021, I’ve been involved in different activities of the school's student life.
I joined ESSEC Transaction and ESSEC Initiatives (the finance and entrepreneurship societies), for which I am currently organizing ESSEC’s first event around Venture Capital.
I’ve also been a keen rugby player for a long time now, so I play for ESSEC’s Rugby Team (as a flanker, for the most curious among you).
I’d like to start my career in Venture Capital. This is why I joined the Corporate Finance Track in Singapore last summer, and why I am currently interning as a VC & Growth Equity Analyst at Korelya Capital, in Paris.
My French origins and my international experiences have helped me to create a connection with both international students and French students, so I’d be very happy to answer your questions!
