Diversity plays a different role depending on the environment in which organisations operate. In stable, predictable contexts, it primarily supports integration and effective management. In more uncertain, fast-changing environments – often described as VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) – diversity becomes a key driver of innovation and a core element of leadership.

This webinar explores how leaders can shift between these two lenses, and what it means in practice for decision-making, collaboration, and organisational performance.

What to Expect:

  • A 30-minute masterclass from Junko Takagi, introducing the link between diversity and integration in stable environments, and between diversity and innovation in VUCA contexts
  • A Q&A panel featuring Junko and Executive MBA alumni, sharing how these ideas are applied in their professional experience and within the ESSEC EMBA
  • A live Q&A to answer your questions and further the discussion
