Tommaso Ramus has been a professor at ESSEC since September 2025. He teaches on the ESSEC Executive MBAs and also serves as Academic Director of the Specialized Master in Sustainability Transformation. He has over a decade of experience teaching courses on strategic corporate social responsibility, business ethics and social innovation at different levels and in various countries (France, Spain, Switzerland, Italy and Portugal). His research focuses on how business organizations can recombine social value creation and wealth generation and turn the tensions that arise from these divergent goals, and associated practices, into opportunities for creativity and innovation. His work has been published in leading peer reviewed scientific journals. Additionally, Tommaso has consultancy experience working on projects related to organizational reconfiguration, organizational change and ethical leadership.
