About Prof. Tommaso RAMUS
Tommaso Ramus has been an associate professor at ESSEC since 2022. He has over a decade of experience teaching courses on strategic corporate social responsibility, business ethics and social innovation at different levels and in various countries. His research focuses on how business organizations can recombine social value creation and wealth generation and turn the tensions that arise from these divergent goals, and associated practices, into opportunities for creativity and innovation. His work has been published in leading peer reviewed scientific journals. Additionally, Tommaso has consultancy experience working on projects related to organizational reconfiguration, organizational change and ethical leadership. Before joining ESSEC, Tommaso was Associate Professor at Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics in Portugal.
