Professor of Leadership & Organizational Behavior, “Leading@Scale” Chaired Professor, and Academic Director of the Global MBA

ESSEC Business School

David M. Sluss, Ph.D. specializes in leadership development, focusing on how high-potential professionals become adaptive leaders by building productive relationships. His research on relational identity and leadership transitions has been published in top journals like Academy of Management Journal and Journal of Applied Psychology. David works with global organizations such as Coca-Cola, Google, and IBM, and is fluent in Spanish, having led projects across Latin America and Europe. Prior to academia, he was Vice President at PathWise, where he designed leadership workshops for clients in the tech and pharma sectors.
