Jerome BARTHELEMY

Professor of STrategy and Management

ESSEC Business School

Jérôme Barthélemy is a professor of strategy and management and former executive vice-president at ESSEC Business School. He is currently a visiting professor at École Polytechnique, with research published in top academic and practitioner journals, including Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review. He has served as editor-in-chief of the Revue Française de Gestion and authored several acclaimed books, including Myths of Strategy (2022) and Libérer la compétitivité (2016), which won France’s best management book award. He holds a Ph.D. from HEC Paris and has been a visiting professor at NYU, Stanford, and Cambridge.
