Leading Change with Impact: Strategies for Scaling Organizational Transformations
Leading Change with Impact: Strategies for Scaling Organizational Transformations
Our journey towards becoming "high-impact leaders" necessitates mastering organizational change, whether you're nurturing a growing start-up, accelerating a scale-up, or refining a mature organization. High-impact change leaders know how to put the “right” people, in the “right” place, and at the “right” time for organizational innovation and renewal.
In this masterclass, you will learn some simple and powerful tools to lead change. You will learn how to:
- Create an “emotionally-compelling” and “analytical” vision statement that can be localized and branded.
- Align your change effort with your organizational identity to benefit from resistance rather than try to overcome it.
- Build a guiding coalition with the “right” leaders for the transformation effort during both design and execution.
