Julien Malaurent is a Professor of Information Systems at ESSEC Business School, where he also serves as Co-Academic Director of the METALAB and Academic Director of ESSEC's online programs. With a PhD from ESSEC, his research explores how users in large multinational organizations circumvent information systems. His work is widely published in leading academic journals such as the Journal of Management of Information Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, and Journal of Information Technology. Julien is also an editor for the Information Systems Journal. He teaches courses on digital transformation and AI management across ESSEC's pre- and post-experience programs.

Prof. Denis Morisset worked for 25 years in the luxury fashion industry at companies such as Ralph Lauren, Pierre Balmain, Giorgio Armani, Group S.A.C., and CWF. During his executive career - CEO of Pierre Balmain, MD of Giorgio Armani France, and President of Group S.A.C. - he made or participated in several licensing deals, both from the brand and the licensee side.
Since 2004, he has been teaching luxury marketing at ESSEC Business School (Paris and Singapore), specializing in luxury brand management, luxury distribution and retail, luxury service, luxury hotel management, and luxury guest experience. Sharing his time between France and China, he is also a visiting professor in ESSEC's partner business schools in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong.
