SYNOPSIS

To tackle today’s ever-increasing complex and wicked social, political, environmental and economic problems humanity is facing, it is likely that classic CSR approaches based on People, Planet and Profit only will not be sufficient. Conscious Business is a comprehensive approach that aims at addressing this issue by taking into account four additional key dimensions.

In this Masterclass, I will present the Flower model of the 7Ps of Conscious Business, and explain the importance of each aspect. You will discover the importance of Purpose individually and collectively. You will understand the importance of developing a healthy Psyche as a Conscious Leader. Finally, we will explore how Processes can help organizations to make it all sustainable, and how Progress is an invitation to use and develop technologies wisely in our challenging times.

I look forward to seeing you during the Masterclass.
