During this Masterclass, Prof. Morisset will explain why collaborations - in an always more global and connected world -  have become such a strategic issue and common practice for many businesses - primarily but not only - in the fashion, beauty, watches & Jewelry, wines & spirit, but also hotels and real estate sectors.


Prof. Morisset will share his most recent research on the different types of collaborations, co-branding, marketing alliances, distribution partnership, etc. and will give participants some concrete tools to better understand collaborations 360° but also assess the relevance of these collaborations. These tools will be illustrated by several recent best and worse practices and case studies.

About the Speaker

Prof Morisset is teaching luxury marketing, luxury brand management, luxury retail, and luxury service at Essec Business School since 2004. Before 2004 he worked more than 20 years in the luxury and fashion industry and occupied CEO/COO/MD positions for Ralph Lauren Europe, Pierre Balmain, Giorgio Armani, CWF (children’s wear industry) and group Sac (shoes licensing Kenzo, Elle, Morgan, etc.). Prof Morisset is based primarily in Asia (China) since 2011 but teaches in Essec master and GMBA programs in Paris and Singapore. He also delivers executive workshops for luxury brands across Asia.
