What does it take to galvanise some 3,000 people to solve real problems, do good, and make money at the same time? We invite you to meet with Ong Chin Yin, Head of People at Grab, as she shares her leadership journey with Grab – a start-up that has evolved into one of South-East Asia’s largest and fastest growing unicorns.

A “made-in-Asia” success story, Grab was founded in 2012 and now offers fintech and marketplace services, in addition to its flagship ride-hailing business. With over 100 million users to date, Grab has rapidly moved from disrupting traditional transportation to transforming communities through addressing traffic congestion, income inequality and financial inclusion.

Join Chin Yin as she provides insight into how Grab’s leadership DNA and a strong “immune system” help them stay at the forefront of solving some of the region’s most significant challenges.
