ESSEC Masterclass in Shanghai

Don't miss this opportunity!

It is our pleasure to invite you to the ESSEC Business School Masterclass, where Prof. Denis Morisset will share insights on the Future of Retail and Luxury Retail in the Digital Age.

During this 90-minute Masterclass, structured like a typical ESSEC MBA course, Prof. Denis Morisset, who shares his time between China, Southeast Asia, and France, will present his views on the future of retail and particularly luxury retail in the digital age.

He will explain the consequences and disruptions of the upcoming so-called fourth industrial revolution, driven by the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR) & Virtual Reality (VR). He will then re-visit some of the specificities of luxury brands to analyze how luxury brand stores in China and everywhere in the world can stay relevant in the digital age and what omni-channel means for luxury retail brands. During the Masterclass, he will elaborate on the importance of customer experience and luxury service, and also on the need to create more convenience for luxury customers and remove the silos between offline and online channels.
