Hello, my name is Addie.

After graduating, I joined Saban Brands as a Production Intern, working with brands such as Power Rangers. This led me to my next job working as Production Coordinator for a French, start-up ZAG Entertainment. While at ZAG, I realized my passion for global brand management. I started researching Master’s programs that would give me the soft and hard skills to make the leap from production to brand strategy. After looking into several universities, I fell in love with ESSEC.

As you can imagine choosing to move abroad for my Master’s was a big decision. I felt by obtaining my Master’s at ESSEC, I would be more internationally appealing in the global marketplace. ESSEC allows me to demonstrate to future employers that I have stepped out of my comfort zone, and I am able to adapt to new environments and cultures.

I chose the SMIB program, as it’s an intensive one-year program, which included an internship, business trips, etc. The Cergy campus is in close proximity to other European countries and major cities, allowing me to fill my knowledge gaps while building out my network globally. I also felt the program shares the same values that I do - humanism, innovation, responsibility, and openness. I know it will open the doors to many life-long relationships and job opportunities, as being a SMIB is a real mindset.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about ESSEC or the SMIB program. I was in your position not too long ago!
