About the author: Nicolas Graf is the Academic Director of the MBA in Hospitality Management (IMHI) and a Professor of Management at ESSEC Business School.  He holds a Ph.D. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Pamplin College of Business, Virginia Tech.
