Unprecedented technological advancements have democratized information and created new opportunities for organizations to co-create with their customers. Today, an organization’s competitive advantage hinges on its ability to understand and meet the needs of an increasingly well-informed customer base. To help organizations transform from service or product-driven to customer-driven businesses, leaders must themselves self-disrupt to develop a new customer-centric strategic mindset.
This talk will challenge you to adopt a “growth mindset” which fosters curiosity in seeking opportunities to learn and improve existing competencies. By embracing personal disruption, leaders will be better positioned to successfully build a customer-centric culture. Haresh Khoobchandani
