The ESSEC & Mannheim Executive MBA Speaker Series

How to attract, retain and develop millennials?

Millennials are tech-savvy, adaptable, and creative. However, they have a unique set of expectations and demands: more than a paycheck, they want a sense of pride and fulfillment from their work, a purpose and importantly a company whose values match their own.

In this presentation, Victoria Bethlehem, Head of Human Resources - Asia Pacific with The Adecco Group, will share insights into how they recruit and retain their millennials through global initiatives such as their Win4Youth and CEOFor1Month (CSR) programs.

Areas of discussion will include:

  • Which attraction strategies have worked for The Adecco Group and why
  • What makes their millennials stay – or leave
  • Global initiatives that have had a local impact

Joining the leadership discussion are Prof. Kevyn Yong, Dean of ESSEC Asia-Pacific and Prof. Cedomir Nestorovic, Program Director of the ESSEC & Mannheim Executive MBA Asia-Pacific program.
