Philippe-Martinez-round-image.pngPhilippe Martinez is the Regional Managing Director - Asia, and Country Manager - Singapore, for The Adecco Group’s general staffing business. He has four decades of experience across functions in operations, finance, sales, and marketing.


Philippe joined The Adecco Group in 2012 as Sales Director for Asia and was then appointed Group Sales Director in France in April 2014 before becoming Managing Director of Adecco France in September 2015.


In his earlier career, Philippe held various positions at the Xerox organization – first in 1984 as Sales Engineer for Xerox France. He was an Area Director for Xerox in 1999, after which he progressed into the roles of Director of Customer Service in London, President of Xerox Italy, Director of Strategy. In 2008 he was appointed CEO of Xerox France, managing 2,700 employees. Before joining The Adecco Group, he was with the Lyreco Group – the European leader in office supplies, where he managed a workforce of over 10,000. Philippe, a French national, is currently based in Singapore



Charandeep-round-image.pngCharandeep Chhabra is the Global Head - Information Technology (Outsourcing Division), The Adecco Group. Based out of Long Island, New York, Charandeep recently moved from Australia where he spent the first part of his youth studying business management followed by further developing his leadership & executive management skills at IESE University in Barcelona.

He is a successful senior global executive with over 20 years experience and a profound knowledge of management consulting in Information Technology as well as the Services industry. He has worked in various multinational organisations in Australia, UK and more recently in the US. Currently, Charandeep Chhabra works as a Global head of information technology outsourcing division in the Adecco Group, worlds #1 workforce solutions organisation and a renowned fortune 500 company that was recently awarded world#2 ‘great place to work’. With over 5000 staff in his division worldwide, Charandeep focuses on transformation, innovation and growth of the division across Europe, APAC & Americas.



Pierre-Francios-round-image.pngPierre-Francois Vieau joined The Adecco Group in November 2017 as Director of Modis for Singapore. With 10 years of experience, he is responsible for the Modis brand in Singapore and exploring opportunities in other markets. 

Pierre-Francois was the Managing Director, APAC, at Yerra Solutions in Singapore with responsibility for strategic planning and the operations of Yerra’s APAC headquarters in Singapore. Pierre-Francois has lived and worked in Australia and South East Asia since 2009, involved in various roles within large, global recruiting firms. He was also Director APAC for Morgan Philips Executive Search and served as the practice leader for C-Level roles across South East Asia.
