It is our pleasure to invite you to the ESSEC Business School Masterclass, where Prof. Denis Morisset will share insights on the Future of Retail and Luxury Retail in the Digital Age.

During this 90-minute Masterclass, structured like a typical ESSEC MBA course, Prof. Denis Morisset will present his views on what the future of retail in general, and luxury retail in particular, can be in the Digital Age.

He will explain the consequences and disruptions of the upcoming so-called fourth industrial revolution, driven by the Internet of Things (IOT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR) & Virtual Reality (VR) and the dictatorship of consumer data and big data. Based partially in China, Prof. Morisset will investigate the combined disruptions of the likes of Amazon in the West and of Alibaba in the East.

About Prof. Denis Morisset

Prof. Morisset, an ESSEC alumnus, initially worked 25 years in the luxury fashion industry, occupying CEO/COO positions with brands such as Ralph Lauren Europe, Pierre Balmain, Giorgio Armani, etc. Since 2004, he is teaching luxury brand management, and luxury retail management in ESSEC Business School, Paris and Singapore.
