Hamid Bouchikhi is a professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at ESSEC Business School. He oversees the Entrepreneurial Project within the ESSEC & Mannheim Executive MBA and is recognized as a leading European Researcher in the areas of organization theory, entrepreneurship and managerial innovation.
He is also the founder and Academic Director of the ESSEC Entrepreneurship Center dedicated to supporting student entrepreneurs and is past President of the Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Small Business Network (EISB).
He has been a Visiting Professor to various universities worldwide including the University of Putra and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a Ph.D in Scientific Management Methods from Paris IX Dauphine University.

The Master Class is an official event within ESSEC's Involvement week.
